I have been developing products for 17 years. I tend to work with factories that I know, like, and trust. Ihad received an email from Hubery Lee of Simo-Tek, and I was impressed with company information,capabilities, and certifications. On my next project, molded HDPE parts, I sent a request for quote to Mr.Hubery. On that project, another factory won the quote. Once again, I had an item for quote, and Idecided to work with Simo-Tek. I am so happy I did. In all my years of working with factories, this wasthe best experience. The communication was far superior to any other. All files were analyzed usingDesign For Manufacture principles. Based upon their suggestions, we were able to make changes to thefile that gave us a better product. We saw photos of steps of the mold-making process, and finallyphotos of the parts. We have now sold almost the first 1,000 units, and are ready to place anotherorder. In use, we found that a small adjustment to the mold will be necessary, and we know that we cancount on Simo-Tek to do this in the most accurate way.

Consumer goods are scrutinized by every end user, and we now have confidence that Simo-Tek willdeliver a product that we can be proud of. We are working on a small brass item that medicalinstrument makers were too daunted to make, but Simo-Tek took on that challenge. We expect to haveanother well-made product. We especially like the fact that we can develop appropriate packaging forthis small item with the factory so that our product is ready to ship to hardware stores once we receiveit.
